In the context of the decree of the Supreme Council for Science and Technology “Developing Policy Tools to Stimulate Domestic Patent Licensing [2011/108]”, “Technology Transfer Platform” website has has been initiated by the Turkish Patent Institute.
Opening ceremony of the platform was organized on February 26 2015 on the premises of the Turkish Patent Institute. Beginning with “Technology Transfer Platform” introductory film, Undersecretary of the Ministry of Science, Industry and Technology Prof. Dr. Ersan Aslan and the President of the Turkish Patent Institute Prof. Habip Asan made opening speechs.
For practical introduction to the platform, under the moderation of the Vice-President of the Turkish Patent Institute Dr. İbrahim Yaşar, Akdeniz University Technology Transfer Center (AKİŞMER TTM) Manager Prof. Dr. Ayşe Odman Boztosun and Innovation and Intellectual Property Manager from Koc Holding Samir Deliormanlı entered offers for licensing in and out.
At the end of the event, natural and legal persons who registered the most their license agreements in the Turkish Patent Institute Registry between 2010-2014 were awarded
